Hoops

My adult hoops are made to make hooping fun and successful. They are not your hoops from the 1950’s. Finally, work-out equipment that is inexpensive, durable, and portable. My specialty hoops are hand-made with devotion, love, and enthusiasm. My hoops are large, and weighted to allow for increase ease of movement with hooping. I recommend these hoops for my online or local classes or of the like. My hoops are about 40″ in diameter and weighs about 1.7 oz. Choose your favorite two colors. Be safe when you start spinning with your fabulous hoop. Your hoop is large so be aware of your surroundings. Avoid hooping over sensitive areas. If it is uncomfortable over an area, stop to avoid bruising. Also, hoops are durable, but avoid pulling on or playing ‘tug-of-war’ with your hoop.
