This class is developed and instructed by Physical Therapist and Movement Specialist, Jodi Jainchill
This class is “Geared For Lower Back Pain”. It will also be beneficial to improve your core stabilizers, lose weight , and improve your posture.
If you ever seen a doctor for back pain and you were told to strengthen your core and lose weight this may be the class for you
Make sure you get clearance with your medical doctor for this and any exercise program before getting started
This class includes instruction and education on how to manage your back both to feel better and prevent injury
This class also includes exercises using the hoola hoop that is fun and beneficial
Be sure to watch all three free tutorials so you are prepared to have even more fun with this hooping class
This class is broken into 4 sessions. Each session has two parts. The first part is education and instruction. Th second part is a new HEP using your hoola hoop as well as a breathing technique. This beats doing 20 different exercises at the gym.
You can start a new session every week or allow more time between the sessions as needed
The class can be viewed via web streaming

My name is Jodi and I am a licensed Physical Therapist. I received my degree from the University of Florida in 1998, where I was a member of the gymnastics team. I have been practicing P.T. here in Gainesville, Florida for over eleven years.I am always looking to expand my tool box and have found hoola hooping to also be a marvelous adjunct in my practice.
